Securing your appointment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Louise will email payment details after receiving your request. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received and Louise confirms it by email. No payment is taken on this website.
A little time to settle
Please arrive five minutes before your session.
Change of plans?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
